摘    要:食品安全涉及多部门、多层面、多环节,是一个复杂的系统工程。从当前来看,应尽快建立健全食品安全法律体系和统一协调、权责明晰的监管体系,以促进我国食品安全水平的全面提高。

Abstract:Food security holds worldwide attention and the government in every country regards it as the national public security and makes efforts to supervise and manage it.The State Council of People's Republic of China issued "The Decision of Further Strengthening Food Security" on 1st September 2004.Food security involves many sectors,levels and links and is therefore a complicated system.To improve the level of food security,China should as soon as possible amplify necessary system of food security law,unify the system of adjustment and clarify the inspection system of authority and responsibility,establish the system of emergency,improve the criterion and inspection system of food security,establish the systems of risk evaluation,trustworthiness and information,and set up intermediary and research institutes.
