An Outline for Ruling of Law in Practice |

| Abstract: | The accomplishment of ruling of law in China depends on the correct methods which include the follows: to establish a system of right law, to realize the judicial rightness, to ascertain the supervision of law, to perfect the institution of lawyer, to construct the rural constitutionality, to refresh the education of law, to build a community of legal career and to found a culture of constitutionality that can accommodate two national system and three legal system in a country. |
