文化作为人类社会改造客观世界的成果,其具体体现为民族文化(也包括宗教文化)。在阶级社会里,文化又分为剥削阶级的文化和广大劳动人民的文化。我们对待传统文化,必须采取“扬弃”的态度,努力使传统文化与时代发展相适应。

Culture is the achievement of human society's reformation on the objective world with the concrete embodiment being national culture (including religious culture). In a society of classes, culture is divided into exploiting class' and labor force's. With regard to traditional culture, the attitude of "developing and discarding" must be adopted. Traditional culture should be adapted to the development of times.
