| 摘 要： | 服务业是成都市金牛区全区经济的重要支柱，但其现代服务业的科技含量较低、现代化程度不高、经营业态落后。本研究通过实地调研，对其现代服务业的发展现状进行战略分析，并运用产业集群、战略管理等理论对现代服务业的发展进行了战略规划，提出了合理的、具有前瞻性和实际可操作性的金牛区现代服务业发展策略。

| Abstract: | The service industry has been the economic stanchion of Jinniu Area in Chengdu. But its modem service industry＇s technology contents are fewer and the modernized degree is not high. Based on the locale investigation, this paper concludes the modem service industry of Jinniu Area＇s advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. Then it brings forward the Jinniu Area＇s developing programming of modem service industry and proposes some reasonable and exercisable strategies for accelerating Jinniu Area＇s development. |
