陕西农村人力资本现状及开发思路研究

通过对陕西省城乡人力资本现状进行实证分析,论述人力资本对经济增长的重要贡献,提出了城乡发展不平衡应主要归因于人力资本在城乡间存量差异和配置不平衡,继而从人力资本循环流动角度为统筹城乡发展提供研究思路。

Exploration of Status Quo and Development Framework of Rural Human Resource in Shaanxi Province

With the economic development, China has lost its balance in the development between regions, industries and between urban and rural areas. The income gap of urban and rural areas has come to an unprecedented degree. Therefore, It is necessary to consider the economic growth of urban and rural areas as a whole to propel the development of the national economy. This paper begins with a discussion of the important role that the human capital has played in the economic growth, following a empirical analysis about the present state of human capital in Shaanxi, on the basis of which, the paper comes to the conclusion that the imbalanced growth of urban and rural areas should attribute to their difference in quantity and quality aspects and the imbalanced allocation of human capital. From the aspects of cycle flowing of human capital, the paper gives a mental guidance for the overall planning of urban and rural growth.
