正确履行学院党总支书记职责的思考

本文提出高校学院党总支书记的主要工作职责应是:坚持发挥党总支的政治核心作用,正确把握学院的办学方向;认真抓好学院的党建工作,切实发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员的模范带头作用;诚心支持院长在其职权范围内独立负责地开展工作,同时还要不断提高为师生服务的意识和水平。

This paper is summarized that a college general Party branch secretary's main duty should be as follows. (1)The Party branch should persist in playing the role as political core and follow a correct direction of education. (2)Party building should be well-handled and a Party branch should play the role as powerful fighting force and a Party member should play the exemplary role. (3) The general Party branch should sincerely support the dean to be in charge of the administration within his or her functions and powers, meanwhile the consciousness and level of serving the faculty and students should be enhanced.
