欠发达地区教育均衡发展机制设计

运用博弈论的方法，分别从普通高等教育、普通义务教育和职业教育三个方面，就欠发达地区与国家的博弈中如何达成发展教育的均衡进行了研究，求得了各种情况下的纳什均衡解。结论表明，对于欠发达地区来说，最好的教育选择策略是大力发展职业教育，同时由于义务教育具有重要的基础作用，其发展关系到国民的整体素质，国家和地方均需对义务教育给予一定的支持，而高等教育的发展应该由国家进行统筹规划。论文最后给出了欠发达地区发展职业教育的策略建议。

Design of Education Equilibrium for Less-Developed Regions

Game theory is used to get the education equilibrium between the less-developed region and the country, considering common higher education, compulsory education and vocational education separately.Their Nash equilibrium is obtained.The conclusions indicate that it is the best strategy to develop vocational education for less-developed regions.Meanwhile, because of the foundational effects of compulsory education, the country and the less-developed region must support its development together.However, higher education should be programmed from the whole by the cormtry.Finally the strategies of developing vocational education for less-developed regions are given.
