现代城市社区的双重二元性及其发展的中国路径

本文从现有城市社区研究中存在的一些片面认识出发,以新型物业小区为原型指出现代城市社区具有“双重二元性”,亦即“共同体与社会的二元性”和“国家与社会的二元性”.在此基础上,文章进一步阐述了新型社区发展的中国路径所具有的六个方面显著特点.现代城市社区的双重二元性及其发展的中国路径特点无论对于社区建设实践还是社区理论研究都具有重要的意义.

The Double Duality of Modern Urban Community and Its Development Path in China

Starting from the analysis of some biased arguments in present urban community studies,this paper points out that there is a "double duality" in modern urban community(using proprietary communities as a prototype) which is composed of "the duality of community and society" and "the duality of state and society".Furthermore,the author discusses six significant characters of the Chinese development path of modern urban communities.This double duality of modern urban community and its development path in China are of great importance to both practical community construction and theoretical community studies in today’s China.
