| 摘 要： | 环境保护以其基础保障和优化调控等作用,成为生态文明建设的主阵地和根本措施,是左右生态文明建设的关键.以天津市1991-2010年经济发展和环境保护相关面板数据为基础,采用拟合效果最好的回归模型,对环境保护与经济发展关系展开实证分析,明确了当前环境质量发展态势和下一步环境保护工作的重点,为生态文明建设顺利推进提供参考.

| Abstract: | Environmental protection becomes the main aspect and the basic measure of Eco-Civilization construction,due to its effects on construction of eco-civilization as a primary guaranty and optimal control.Based on the panel data from 1991 to 2010,this paper analyzes the correlation between the economic development and environmental protection of Tianjin,by applying the best fitting regression model.This study makes clear the present situation of environmental quality and determines the focus for future protection work,and it can be a useful reference to advance the Eco-Civilization construction. |
