| Abstract: | The common mistakes in the English compositions of college students are always those of Chinese-English expression, improper choice of words, vague tenses and incoherence. The reason for such mistakes is that the different expressive habits and thinking patterns between the two cultures, apart from the incompetence of languages. English language teachers should enhance the training in integration skills. |
