新农村建设背景下农民工返乡创业问题研究

进入新世纪以来,随着务工地商务成本的提高和农民工归属感的增强,许多农民工开始走上了返乡创业之路。返乡创业的农民工成为家乡新农村建设的主力军。但是,农民工返乡创业并不是一帆风顺的,他们在返乡创业的过程中会遇到政策、资金、文化素质等因素的制约,各级政府应该为他们返乡创业提供积极的政策、服务环境等支持,最大限度地调动返乡创业者在新农村建设中的积极因素,促进新农村建设事业又好又快地发展。

Returned Farmer Labourer's Starting an Undertakiing in the Background of New Rural Construction

With the increase of business cost in the visiting cities and the improvement of farmer labourers' identity awareness in the new century,numerous farmer labourers have returned to their native to start an undertaking,as a result of which they have become the main force to construct the new rural.However,it is not a smooth journey for them to start the undertaking since they will encounter such constraints as policy,capital,and knowledge in this process.Therefore,the governments at all levels should provide them with favourable policies and services to encourage their initiative into full play in the new rural construction so that it can develop well and quickly.
