| 摘 要： | 白色念珠菌感染荷瘤鼠动物模型，检测瘤重，菌量及免疫功能．结果提示白色念珠菌与肿瘤能彼此促进生长，抑制机体T淋巴细胞，红细胞免疫功能．T淋巴细胞转化试验与红细胞免疫粘附作用的结果变化一致，表明两者之间存在相互影响与调控．

| Abstract: | The animal model was established as that the mice were injected with sarcoma 180(S180) and later infected with C. albicans . The results showed that the weight of tumor was increasedremarkably. When the normal mice were infected with C. albicans as control group , the result showedthe number of C. albicans in each gram of spleen in the carrying tumor group was more than that of thecontrol group Further, it was investigated that the mechanism of the phenomena is associated with theimmunological function of the red blood cells and T lymphocytes. The results suggested the mice carried with tumor easily infected C. albicans and the infection of C. albicans can accelerate the rate oftumor growth . Perhaps they were associated with immunology of the red blood cells and cellular immunology. |
