后现代主义对高职院校德育工作的影响

后现代主义具有“强调多元，崇尚差异、主张开放、重视平等、推崇创造、否定中心和等级、去掉本质和必然”等特征，对高职德育工作产生双重影响。正面影响体现在对传统高职德育目的、德育内容、德育方式、德育评价机制、德育队伍等方面的冲击；负面影响体现在高职学生容易产生缺乏崇高理想，滋生自卑、迷茫情绪和孤僻行为，缺乏社会责任感，张扬叛逆的行为习惯，极力追求个人利益，夸张追逐标新立异等现象。
