| 摘 要： | 西方法治社会的形成基于以下原因:绵延不绝的法治主义传统;历久弥新的市场经济实践;成熟发达的市民社会结构;不断巩固的民主制度实践;科学合理的理性思维;从教令信仰到理性信仰的转化;不断完善的法治和自由主义理论。

| Abstract: | The formation of the western society under the rule of law is based on the following reasons:the unbroken tradition of the rule of law;the timeless practice of market economy;the mature and developed civil society;the consolidating democratic practice;the scientific and rational thought;the transformation from blindfold apotheosis for dectrine to rational belief and the constantly improved theory about the rule of law and liberalism. |
