| 摘 要： | 人的发展意识是随着生产方式和社会的进步而逐步觉醒的,改革开放的社会实践促使中国农民的发展意识的觉醒,然而觉醒后的农民面临着种种的困境,自身素质的局限、社会环境的约束等成为阻碍农民发展的主、客观因素.提升自我、发展生产、完善制度是农民发展解困的必由之路.

| Abstract: | With the production development and social progress,the farmers’ awareness of development gradually awakens,and the social practice of reform and opening up promotes the awareness of development of Chinese farmers unprecedentedly.However,those awakened farmers are faced with various difficulties.The limitations of their own quality and the constraints of social environment have become the subjective and objective factors in hindering the development of farmers.The only way out for them is to upgrade themselves,develop production,and improve the system. |
