| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工已成为工业化和城市化的重要力量.体面劳动是一种有尊严的、和谐的劳动,是一种新的、符合社会发展要求的劳动观.通过问卷调查,分析新生代农民工体面劳动缺失的现状及其原因,提出维护新生代农民工体面劳动的相关对策,旨在引起社会对新生代农民工体面劳动的关注.

| Abstract: | Rural migrant workers of the new generation have already become the important engine of the industrialization and urbanization in China.Decent work refers to the work which is dignified and harmonious,and it is a new and society-updating concept of work.Through the questionnaires,this paper analyzes the status quo and the causes of the lack of decent work of the young rural migrant workers and puts foward some countermeasures as to maintaining their decent work in the hope of attracting attention of the community to this issue,and realizing the practical significance of the decent work in China. |
