我国经济体制改革目标模式的理性思考

一个社会的经济如何运作，主要取决于在不同部门、地区和单位之间配置有限的资源，而资源配置的最基本手段是计划与市场，所以，经济体制改革目标模式的核心问题是如何认识和处理计划与市场的关系。我国从传统的计划经济到社会主义市场经济，理论上经历了一个曲折然而却是不断深化的过程，从这个过程中我们可以得出几点启示，即设定改革目标模式必须坚持社会主义性质，必须坚持“市场取向”，必须坚持“渐进”方式。

Rational Thinking About Target Model of Economy System Reform in China

How social economy operates mainly depends on disposition of the limit resources between the different departments,areas and units. The most essential way of resources disposition is plann and market. The kernel problem of target model of economy system reform is how to know and deal with the relations between planning and marketing. Our country is undergoing the process of zigzagging but deepening from traditional planning economy to socialist market economy. We can get some revelations from this process--Setting the target model must hold on socialist character, market orientation and model of advancing gradually.
