| 摘 要： | 针对应急管理对GIS的需求,通过对GIS适合作为预警的功能进行分析,并将功能分析效果图与某矿图的图形数据示意图、图层叠加示意图、专题图分级示意图进行对比显示,系统地阐述了GIS适合应用于预警信号的功能与原理。在此基础上,提出了基于GIS实现预警的标准化方法,并以煤与瓦斯突出预警为例,进行了实证研究。以期为突发事件应急管理系统实现多维性、动态性提供技术手段,并为与地理位置密切相关的预警系统的开发提供可资借鉴的思路。
