| 摘 要： | 全球化与中国政治文明建设是一个互构统一的过程.笔者借助国际政治研究中的层次分析法,把全球化背景下的国内政治也分为两个层次,中国的政治文明建设具有国内和国际两层内涵,而且国际政治文明的重要作用不可忽视.总体而言,中国目前的国际政治文明建设主要面临经济全球化、WTO与和平崛起这三大挑战,这就涉及到中国"主动融入"、"民主建设"、"按规则办事"和"发挥积极作用"四个方面的问题.

| Abstract: | The globalization and construction of international political civilization in China are mutually constructing and coincident processes.The writer takes use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) in international political study to divide China's politics into double layers in background of globalization that are the domestic political civilization and the international one,thus the construction of China's political civilization also has two meanings.Meanwhile the importance of international political civilization should not be overlooked.In whole,China's construction of international political civilization is mainly confronted with three kinds of challenges as follow: economic globalization,WTO and peaceful rise,which is involved in four aspects such as China's voluntary participation,democracy construction,operating by rule and playing a positive role in international politics. |
