| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了中国东部地区成功发展非公有制经济产业集群的基本情况,总结出五点发展经验。从体制环境、产业结构和对集群经济的认识上指出了西部地区非公有制经济产业集群中存在的问题,提出了相应的政策建议。
