| 摘 要： | <行政许可法>的颁布和实施对我国的行政审批制度改革产生了重大而积极的影响,但<行政许可法>的出台并没有解决行政审批制度改革中存在的所有问题.从行政审批和行政许可的关系入手,阐述了<行政许可法>实施后我国行政审批制度改革存在的问题以及进一步深化行政审批制度改革的对策.
