| 摘 要： | 指出加强高校党内基层民主,可以增强党员的主体意识,创建和谐党组织,进一步加强基层党组织建设。高校党内基层民主的途径主要包括坚持和完善党的民主集中制,保障党员主体地位和民主权利,完善党内选举制度,建立健全党内＂四先＂机制等。
