| 摘 要： | 随着越来越多的旅游者以家庭为单位进行旅游活动,家庭这种细分市场在旅游客源市场中占有越来越重要的地位。采用现场问卷调查法,对北京植物园内不同类型的家庭群体进行调查,以了解其出游行为特征和游憩行为偏好。通过对调查结果分析,总结北京植物园在满足家庭群体游憩需求方面存在的不足,并提出具有针对性的建议。
