试论邓小平理论的形成起点──纪念十一届三中全会召开20周年

本文针对理论界在邓小平理论的形成起点问题上存在的不同观点提出了自己的看法，认为：探索往往会导致一种新理论的形成，但这种探索必须是成功的探索。导致了邓小平理论形成的成功的探索是以十一届三中全会为其始发点的，因而它也就自然成了邓小平理论形成的历史起点。文章还对认定一种新理论形成起点必须符合历史与逻辑相一致的原则作了进一步的阐述。认为探索的起点能否成为历史起点，关键要看有没有正确的逻辑起点相匹配，反之，逻辑的起点能不能成为形成起点，除了本身必须正确，还需要在历史的发展过程中找到契机，找到载体，即与历史的起点紧紧结合在一起。

ON THE STARTING POINT OF THE FORMATION OF DENG XIAOPING'S THEORY: IN MEMORY OF THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE THIRD PLENARY SESSION OF THE 11TH CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF CPC

To counter the different opinions on the swing point of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's theory,this paper puts forward its own opinion. It holds that exploration usually leads to the formation or a new theory but itis not always the same. Only the comet exploration can leed to the formation of Deng Xiaoping's theory. Because this successful cxploration starts from the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of CPC, it naturally becomes the starting point of Deng Xiaoping's theory. This paper also provides a further explanation of theprinciple that the determination of the starting point of a new theory must conform tO the unity of history and logic.Whether the starting point can be the historic starting point mainly depends on whether it can match the correctstarting point of logic. Otherwise, whether the starting point of logic can be the starting point of the formation needsto find opportunity, carrier, namely. the close connection with the historic starting point besides its own correctness.
