民族高校法学教师与法律实务部门良性互动研究

加强师资队伍建设是卓越法律人才培养教育计划的主要任务之一。从我国目前高校法学教师的整体素质来看，普遍存在着实践水平和能力欠缺等问题。民族地区高校只有进一步提升法学教师的实践能力，才能够胜任培养应用型、复合型法律人才的重任。法学教师与法律实务部门之间良性互动，是提升法学教师实践能力的最佳途径。民族地区高校应建立健全相关保障机制，保证法学教师与法律实务部门之间保持长期、稳定的良性互动关系。

Interaction between Law Departments and Law Faculty in High Education for Nationalities

One of the most significant tasks for fostering legal talent is to improve the current faculty level. From the perspective of the overall quality of law school faulty in colleges and universities in our country,the most com-mon problem is lack of related and practical experience. Only by devoting more to promote faculty analytic and practical abilities in those schools of regions inhabited by ethnic group can more competent and practical legal personnel be produced. Emphasizing on more frequent interaction between law teachers and related departments is the most essential means to boost faculty practical experience. What’ s more,schools in territory of nationality should establish more related system to protect a long term and sustainable relationship between their faculty and correlated law departments.
