| Abstract: | Traditional legal culture of Li nationality is an important part of Li nationality traditional culture. The basic characteristics of the traditional legal culture of Li nationality are： 1.Only customary law, no written law; 2.Hemu system-based legal culture; 3.Only headmen, no officials; 4.The method of Ghost＇s judgment is used in handling hard cases.The further exploration of traditional legal culture of Li nationality is needed. |
