| 摘 要： | 国际政治的发展演变离不开个体的活动参与。无论是身居国家权力阶层中处于决策者位置的政治家、领导人,还是超国家的社会精英或普通民众,诸类行为个体均属于重要的国际政治资源,有其自身的运行特点,对国际政治有着重要的影响。在国际政治发展进程中,应充分开发和利用属于行为个体因素的国际政治资源。

| Abstract: | The development and change of international politics could not lack individual participants,which include not only politicians and national leaders,but also elites in the society and common people.The individual activities done by any participant form the resources of international politics.Each operates its own peculiar influence on the development of international politics.In short,it is necessary to fully utilize and exploit the political resources formed by all the participants above. |
