论《文心雕龙》“折衷”原则的成因及表现

在方法论方面，刘勰把佛教和其本人处理佛儒道三教冲突与融合过程中，及佛教对待内部渐悟与顿悟之争中采取的“折衷”思想方法，用于创作《文心雕龙》的过程中，这是《文心雕龙》“折衷”原则的主要成因。《文心雕龙》的“折衷”原则主要表现在对待齐梁文坛文学创作中“法古”和“新变”之争的关系上，也表现在对待当时文坛文学批评中“奇”与“正”之争的关系上，还表现在对待文学创作过程中迟与速的关系和文学发展进程中渐变与顿变的关系上等方面。

The Cause and the Operation of the Principle of "Comprimise" in Wenxindiaolong

On methodology, Liu Xie adopts the principle of ＂comprimise＂ in his masterpiece, Wenxindiaolong, by integrating Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism. The principle of ＂ compromise＂ displays itself in three aspects, First, it deals with the relationships between the study of ancient and new transformation in literature during the Qi dynasty and the Liang Dynasty. Secondly, it deals with the conflict between the Qi and the Zheng in literary comments. And finally, it deals with the comparison between tardiness and expeditiousness in writing, and the relationship between the gradual and the swift change in the development of literature.
