| 摘 要： | 高校是知识创新和知识传播的主体，在国家自主创新体系中起着基础和生力军的作用，是重要的技术创新源。评价和分析高校科技创新能力，提出提升我国高校科技创新能力的对策，成为一个极其重要的理论和现实问题。运用层次分析法，结合高校科技创新能力的内涵，构建了高校科技创新能力的评价指标体系。
