农村社会养老保障现状分析

本文立足于中国农村社会养老保险制度的探索和发展,以中国农村社会养老保障的现状为目标,首先总结了中国农村社会养老保障的制度现状,其次剖析了中国农村社会养老保障的政策法规现状,然后分析了中国农村社会养老保障的实践现状,最后从尽快制定与实施《农村社会养老保险法》、建立"全覆盖、多支柱、可持续"普惠式农村社会养老保障体系、逐步提高农村社会养老保障的供给水平三方面提出对策建议。

Analysis of the Current Rural Social Endowment System in China

This article,on the ground of the exploration and development of China’s social endowment system in rural area,aims at the status quo of the system.It firstly summarizes the institutional status quo of the system and,secondly,analyzes the current policies and legislation,then the practice of the system.It finally proposes countermeasures from the following three aspects:the legislation and implementation of the Rural Social Endowment Insurance Law;the establishment of a national wide,multi-props,and sustainable rural social endowment system;gradually increasing supply of the rural social endowment.
