摘    要:近年来,我国城市最低工资标准过低成为影响劳动关系和谐稳定的常态化诱因,尤其是深圳、广州等一线城市表现明显。本文选取我国四大一线城市——北京、上海、广州和深圳,分析它们的最低工资标准执行现状,并运用ELES模型测算其最低工资标准,结果显示:目前最低工资实际标准与理论标准仍有差距;最低工资标准与职工平均工资比例偏低,与人均GDP比例关系失调等问题。

Abstract:In recent years,the lowness of China’s urban minimum wage standard becomes one of the main causes of unstable labor relation issues,especially in first-tier cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen.In this paper,we selected four first-tier cities-Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,analyzed their status of implementation of the minimum wage standard.Then we estimated their minimum wage by ELES model.The result shows that the four cities got common problems on current standard.For example,there are gaps between practical and theory standards,the ratios of minimum wage and average wage are low,and the ratios of minimum wage and per capita GDP are uncoordinated,etc.
