项目经理胜任力研究:现状及展望

项目经理的胜任力是项目管理与人力资源管理领域研究的热点问题。文章采用文本分析的方法,对国内外项目经理胜任力的研究现状进行了评述。结果显示,通过对胜任力内涵的认知和对管理者胜任力的剖析,都表明了情境对项目经理胜任力影响的重要性。然而,目前对项目经理胜任力的研究主要集中在胜任力模型的构建、基于胜任力的工作绩效评价以及不同项目阶段的胜任力要求等方面,而对情境因素影响胜任力的重要性、胜任力与团队绩效的关系以及项目经理胜任力的成长路径等方面研究不足,这些都是今后必须加强研究的重要课题。

Competency of Project Manager:Status and Prospects

Project manager＇ s competency has been a hot issue in areas of project management and human resource management. This paper reviews past and current studies on this issue by the method of literature review. The results show that the importance of context has been acknowledged and that researchers mainly focus on aspects of competency model construc- tion, competency-based performance evaluation and competency requirements by different project phases. But areas of in- fluence of context on competency, relationship between competency and team performance, and growth path of project man- ager＇ s competency have been insufficiently studied, which should deserve further research.
