| 摘 要： | 信息时代的到来和网络技术的发展,使得信息化成为各国普遍关注的焦点.在国家信息化体系建设中,政府信息化又成为整个信息化中的关键.推进政府信息化,积极发展电子政务,构建电子政府已经成为一个不可逆转的世界潮流.然而,我国在推进政府信息化的过程中由于国情的限制遭遇到了种种问题,本文将就这些问题做一简单分析并提出相应的策略.

| Abstract: | With the improvement of the network technologies, informationalization has aroused general concerning of the world ,while the government informationalization is the key importance to any country in the whole informationalization construction ,which becomes an irreversible trends for any country to carry forward its government informationalization and develop its electronic government affairs. However, there appears many problems in the construction of our government informationalization . In this essay, the author will just have a simple discussion and analyses on the problems of the informnationalization of our country and provide some suggestion. |
