我如何写作《中国比较文学研究二十年》－－兼论学术史研究的原则与方法

二十世纪最后二十年 ,是中国比较文学由复兴走向空前繁荣的时期 ,在世纪之交中国比较文学处于承前启后的历史时期 ,以学术史的形式对中国比较文学的学术成果做一系统的展示和评述 ,是极为必要的。《中国比较文学研究二十年》作为当代中国比较文学学术史性质的著作 ,分十八个专题评述了中国比较文学的学术成就 ,认为在学术史写作时应把正确认识和处理三个关系作为写作的基本原则。第一是学术成果与学术活动、学术性身份之间的关系 ,把学术成果作为评价一个人学术贡献的基本依据 ,第二是正确认识学术成果的质量与数量的关系 ,第三是正确处理学术成果的两种基本形式———论著与论文的关系。

How I wrote Two Decades of Research on the Chinese Comparative Literatures: Another Word on the Principle and Methodology of Studying of the Academic History

The last two decades of the twentieth century was a period when the Chinese comparative literatures were growing from rebirth to their prosperity. It is extremely necessary to do a series of display and commentary to the academic achievements of the Chinese literature in the form of academic history in a period that hands over the Chinese comparative literatures to a new historical era. Two Decades of Research on the Chinese Comparative Literatures is an academic work of literary history on the Chinese comparative literatures, which covers eight special subjects evaluating their academic contributions and holds that the way to handle the three relations should be the basic principle in the writing of the academic history. The first is the relation among academic achievements, activities and identities, which regards the achievements as the basic criterion in the evaluation of his academic contribution. The second is how to recognize the relation between quality and quantity of academic achievements. The third is how to handle the two basic forms of academic achievements--the relation between works and articles.
