| 摘 要： | 前苏联时期"技术哲学"被视为唯心主义观念,但有关技术哲学的研究并未因此停止,而是以其他形式保存下来,并且其指导思想、研究纲领和研究重心都与中国和西方技术哲学有着显著的区别,其中技术科学的哲学问题是其技术哲学的重要组成部分.通过阐述前苏联技术科学哲学问题的研究背景、研究重心和研究特点,揭示前苏联技术科学哲学问题研究所取得的主要成绩,及其在前苏联技术哲学研究中所处的重要地位,从而加深和完善我们对于技术科学的认识.

| Abstract: | "Philosophy of technology" was regarded as belonging to idealism in the former USSR,and the research on it hadn't been banned there but lasted in other forms.However,the research at that time was significantly different from the philosophy of technology studied in the West and China in respect to the guideline,research subjects and foci,in which the techno-science philosophy was the integral part of their research on philosophy of technology.Explaining the background of the research on techno-science philosophy in the former USSR and relevant subjects and features,the main achievements in this field and the important role the research played in the development of the philosophy of technology are revealed so as to enable us to deepen the cognition of techno-science. |
