| 摘 要： | 从产业集群的发展过程来看,当产业集群发展到成熟阶段以后,可能会形成某种特定意义上的"超稳定结构",从而抑制产业集群的学习效率和创新效率,致使产业集群走向衰退.产业集群的"超稳定结构"主要包括两种基本类型:一是基于网络层级关系的"超稳定结构";二是基于社会根植特性的"超稳定结构".产业集群应通过实行全球化市场的持续扩张、深化专业化分工的业务领域、拓宽专业化分工的空间区域等措施,突破产业集群的"超稳定结构",以促进产业集群持续稳定健康地发展.

| Abstract: | When industrial clusters enter into maturity phase, the super-stabilization structure of industrial clusters may be shaped, which restrains the learning efficiency and the innovation efficiency of industrial clusters, and forces it into petrified phase. There are two kinds of the super-stabilization structures of industrial clusters, including the network-based hierarchy and the society-based embeddedness. The policies and measures, such as advancing for global marketplace, deepening the business domain and extending space area of specialization, should be made to gain breakthrough and to promote the development of industrial clusters. |
