西方战略文化研究:从文化主义到建构主义

本文通过对西方战略文化研究的历史考察 ,认为西方战略文化研究从研究路径上分析经历了从文化主义到建构主义的演变。文化主义研究的是单位层次上的国家的战略文化对一国战略决策的影响 ,而建构主义则是在体系层次上国际政治文化对一国战略文化的建构作用。文化主义更多的强调不同国家战略文化的独特性导致了战略决策的差异 ,而建构主义则研究不同国家的战略文化由于受国际规范的影响存在一定的趋同性。

Strategic Culture Study in the West: from Culturalism to Constructivism

A historical survey of strategic culture study in the west shows that such study,in terms of research approaches, evolved from culturalism to constructivism.Culturalism holds that uint-level (national) strategic culture has impact on national strategic choice, whileconstructivism thinks that on structural level, international political culture has constructive effect on domestic strategic culture. The former emphasizes that the particularity of strategic culture in different nations causes difference in strategic decision-making, however, the latter finds the similarity of strategic culture of different nations owing to international norms.
