| 摘 要： | 高校心理咨询工作是心理健康教育的重要组成部分,已经成为了解大学生心理状况的一个窗口。从心理咨询工作中涉及的问题及分析显示,目前心理健康教育中仍存在一些不容忽视的问题,主要表现在对大学生心理问题特点的把握,对心理问题产生原因的分析,对心理健康教育途径的认识等,必须引起重视。

| Abstract: | Psychological counseling is an important component of the mental health education in universities. It has already become a way to know the mental state of students. An analysis of some issues related to psychological counseling indicates that it is vital and worthwhile to understand the characteristics of students' mental problems, analyze the reasons why the students' mental problems come into being, and explore the approaches to mental health education. |
