| 摘 要： | 在高职院校开展生涯教育对学生的专业学习和发展具有重要的现实意义，因此，应加强生涯状态调研工作，并在生涯教育工作中，强化专业学习与职业发展的联系，完善生涯指导体系，完善专业调换机制，因势利导，为学生铺就成才之路。
