加强天津市公共商务服务体系建设的研究

完善的公共服务既是现代社会的重要标志之一，也是政府的核心职能之一。以2004年天津市商务委组建为标志，我市公共商务服务体系在近10年来的建设中，取得了一些成绩也暴露出一定的问题，如缺乏总体规划，缺乏配套措施，缺乏协同整合等，为此提出加强职能建设，推进顶层设计，改进管理方式，丰富服务产品，办好商务官网等措施。

Study on Strengthening the Construction of Public Service System in Tianjin

Perfect public service serves as one of the symbols of modern society and the core governmental functions. Since the foundation of Tianjin Commission of Commerce in 2004, public service system has made some achievements but also exposed some problems, such as lack of overall planning, lack of supporting measures, and the lack of collaboration and integration. To improve the public service system, this paper proposes the following countermeasures： strengthen function construction; promote the top-level design; improve the management methods; rich service products; and run well the business website.
