为特殊群体读者服务更是衡量图书馆服务能力的重要标准。公共图书馆对无障碍阅读给予的足够重视,应不仅仅局限在理论上给予残障人士获取信息的权利,更多的还应体现在操作层面的践行。图书馆应强化面向特殊群体读者的服务,贯彻实施相应的法律法规,从服务能力培养、扩大特殊群体文化事业、无障碍设计、构建网络服务平台等工作出发,构建一个良好的无障碍阅读环境。
