高职院校开发“职业培训包”的实践研究

“职业培训包”是依据国家职业标准，针对某一职业各层次的培训对象进行职业技能培训的资源总和。本文从概念引进入手，分析高等职业教育的现状，以“职业培训包”体系的内涵为基础，提出高职院校开发“职业培训包”可以采用校企合作、工学结合以及远程培训等不同的实践方式。

Practical Research of Developing ＂Vocational Training Package＂ by Vocational Colleges

＂Vocational training package＂ is the sum of skills training resources based on national occupational standards for all levels of a certain occupation. This paper introduces the concept, analyzes the status quo of vocational education, and proposes different training practices, such as, school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination, and distance education, etc. on the basis of the connotation of ＂vocational training package＂ system.
