高职教学中学生主体意识提高的思考

伴随着经济的发展和社会的进步，高等教育也发生了一定的转变，开始朝着“大众教育”的方向发展，特别是高等职业教育发展得尤为迅猛，已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分，同时也使高职学生成为当代大学生的重要组成部分。因此，分析高职教学管理中学生主体意识缺失的表现，并提出了一些有利于提高学生主体意识的策略．是每位高职教学工作者必须做好的基础性工作。

Reflections on the Development of Students＇ Subject Consciousness in Vocational Education

With the development of economy and the progress of the society, higher education has undergone some changes towards ＂public education＂. In particular, the vocational education has developed at such a rapid pace that it has become an important part in higher education in China and the vocational students play a great role among contemporary college students too. Therefore, it is a fundamental task for each vocational educator to analyze the performance of subject consciousness shortness in the teaching management in vocational colleges, and put forward some strategies to improve students＇ consciousness.
