Women and Ecological Ethics: Interdependency——a Case Study of the Women Group in King Gesar, the War of Jang and Ling

There is intrinsic relationship between gender and ecological ethics in that both are closely related in existence,cultural determinatedness,life symbiosis,and expectancy of harmony.In the epic of King Gesar,the War of Jang and Ling nothing is mentioned of natural preservation or ecological protection but it is imbued with an aesthetic consciousness of love for nature and harmonious co-existence of man and nature.More typical of this,the women group in this epic is constantly radiant with the ecological aesthetics,which has been aged and ever refreshing.
