| Abstract: | The Theory of Modern Financial Contract was built on the MM rule,and efficient achievements have been made after 40 years of development.In this article,a certain method of modern economics was used to divide The Theory of Modern Financial Contract into three models of cost for agent,non-symmetry information and control power,and we also analyzed each model from traditional capital structure and the theory of financial contract,finally,we find the main factors affecting financial contract,and also find the function of financial contract in financing. |
