外商直接投资的技术外溢与工资溢出

技术外溢与工资差距之间存在着一种倒U形关系。在我国外资集中、技术外溢比较充分的地区,外资与国有部门之间的平均工资之比会接近于1,亦即出现了工资溢出,而在外资稀少的地区这种关系不确定。技术外溢与工资差距的倒U关系是否在一个较长期间的全国范围内出现仍有待进一步研究。

Technology Spillovers and Salary Spillovers in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)

It is assumed that there is a relationship between technology spillovers and salary spillovers which is compared to an up-side-down U-shape. In the areas where foreign investments cluster and technology spi- llovers are affluent, the average salary gap between the foreign firms and state-run enterprises reaches almost a ratio of 1, in which situation, the salary spillovers occur. However, this is not the case in the areas where foreign investments are scarce. A further study is needed as to a possible nation-wide, long-term existence of the relationship between technology spillovers and salary gap.
