摘    要:素质是人的先天遗传禀赋与后天环境影响、教育作用相结合而形成的相对稳定的基本品质结构.促使受教育者形成这一基本品质结构的教育就属于素质教育,学生素质的提高需要长期的知识积累、艰苦的思考实践和终身的自我磨炼.

Abstract:Quality is a relatively stable structure of the fundamental characters of people.It's formed by the interaction of the natural endowment,the environment and education.The kind of education that urges the people to be educted to cultivate the fundamental character structure is the so called quality education.The promotion of the student's quality is achieved through long term accumulation of knowledge and arduous practice of thought.And furthermore,they should steel themselves throughout their lives.
