| Abstract: | The article points out that the idea of"the three representing"summed up by President Jiang Zemin provided the guideline for Rule of law of China,and explores how"the three representing"ensure s that legation is scientific and advanced,administration of law and of justice is impartial,as well as law is kept widespreadly and effectively.At last the article suggests"the three representing"be insisted in and carried out,the productive force be vigorously developed,advanced cultural and ideological progress be constructed,people's activity,so as to build good economic condition,cultural atmosphere and mass base. |
