| 摘 要： | 提高教学质量的关键-"教"与"学"的统一问题,以及实现"教"与"学"的统一原则、实现方法."教"与"学"的主导方面是教师,主体方面是学生.为了实现二者的统一,教师必须提高理论联系实际能力,实验动手能力,以及不断改进教学方法.同时要不断提高上课教学的表达艺术水平,使学生处于兴奋、入胜和追随状态.只有这样,才能实现"教"与"学"的完美结合.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author discusses the problem, the key to improve teaching quality-the union of ' teaching' and' studying' ,also discusses the principles and the methods to realize the union of' teaching' and ' studying'. Teachers are the dominant and students are the main body in daily teaching. In order to realize the union, teachers must improve their selves on the capabilities of unifying the theory with the practice and experimenting by hand,and improve the teaching methods continuously. At the same time, they must improve the level of expressing in order that students are excited and interested in the teaching. Only in this way, can we realize the union of'teaching'and'studying'perfectly. |
