社会变革中心理阻力与对策的调查研究

为获取在变革情境中人的心理行为的反应 ,本研究采取了问卷调查的方法 ,对抵制行为水平、抵制行为与性别、学历、职称、职务、年龄的关系、抵制原因进行了考察 ,初步揭示了当人们处在变革环境中时 ,大多数人会表现出抵制反应 ;女性比男性有更大的抵制倾向 ;低学历、低职称者更愿意维持现状 ;低职位和不稳定的高职位者倾向于抵制 ;年龄越大 ,抵制反应越强烈。进一步证实了抵制的发生与经济利益、权力和地位、工作与环境的安全感、知识能力和生活方式有着直接的联系。提出了要加强思想宣传与引导、文化环境的改造和创新、心理健康教育、参与和沟通等措施

The Investigation & Research of The Psychological Resistance And Its Countermeasures In Social Changes

The research adopts the questionnaire investigation in order to get the reaction of human's psychological behavior in the changing situation.By reviewing the relationships between the rejection and sex,education level,the title of a technical post,business,age etc,the research reveals the fact:the most people will behave the rejections when they were locating a changing situation; the female get the more obvious inclination of the rejection;the people who have the low education level or low technical post title would rather maintain the status in quo;otherwise the people who have the low business or the hign but unstable position get the clear inclination than others;meanwhile the rejection intensity rises with ages.All these prove that the rejection has the direct relationship with the benefits,the power and status,the safety in working situation,the living method,the knowledge.In our opinion,it is necessary to strengthen the measures of propaganda ,the alteration and innovation of cultural situation,the education of psychology health,the participation and communication etc.
